My Taylor Swift experience.

SO! Prepare yourself, this going to be EXTREMELY LONG

On Friday, I woke up at, like, 9am-ish and chilled around the house for a while before I got dressed, drew the 13 on my hand, and checked that i had everything. Then I waited for a while before it was time for us to leave.

While we were driving to the airport I plugged my iPod into this tape-deck/ipod thingy and turned my Concert playlist up loud and jammed out!

We got to the airport and checked in and all that jazz, and then when we were waiting at our gate I realised that pretty much 95% of our flight was girls and their mum who were obviously going to the concert as well. Then we got on the plane, flew in the air for about an hour, landed in Auckland, got a shuttle (which was purely Swifty goers (except that one guy who sat up front and was in a band?)), I spazzed when I saw our hotel + the sky tower:

And everywhere I looked I thought I saw Taylor… xD

Anyway, when we got to our hotel our room wasn’t ready, so we got them to look after our bags so we could wander around. We had to work out how to get to the arena, so we went and spent 10 minutes with Carissa, Laura, Matthew, and Blake (Laura’s brother) before we went down to Queen Street for lunch and stuff, and I found the Journey To Fearless DVD which I didn’t even know you could get here!!! So score!!

Blah Blah Blah Blah We had lunch, then went back to the hotel to get ready and stuff (It was about 2-3pm now). What I wore:

(I just saw the posters behind me….. HAHAHAHAHAHA)

When we got back to the arena Dad went and stood by our gate (which there was nobody at because is was for seating) and I went back over to find Carissa and Laura again, and to meet up with Brittany. We were finally all together, so, naturally, we had to take some family photos:

I’m going to steal Laura’s photo for a second, purely because you guys NEED to see Carissa’a shoes. Fucking.Beautiful.

We all sat together in line for a while and talked, which was wonderful because it just felt like we see each other everyday and AHHHH <333 Love them all. But then the Vector People started getting everyone to squish up because the lines were spilling into the street,

so me and Britt went back to our gates. I only stayed at the gate for about 10 minutes before I went and lined up at the merch truck. I spent $120 on merch… haha. I got a t-shirt, tour book, brown leather bracelet, and a hat for some guy at Dad’s work.

I got back into line after that, and about 30 minutes later Anna got there, and there was heaps of space around us so her and the people she was with came and stood at the front of the line with us :D

AND THEN IT WAS TIME TO GO IN!!!! jkdshfklsjdfghsdfklgjhfd

Our seats were a lot higher than I thought they were, but that’s ok :)

Our view before the concert:

We waited about an hour before Hot Chelle Rae came on, and when they did… HOLY MOTHER OF SHIT. AMAZING jkshfskldfh.

The arena was about 90% full when they were on, which isn’t super surprising because of  how popular they are right now :) They played Beautiful Freaks, Tonight Tonight, Keep You With Me, Radio, and then just before they sang I Like It Like That, Ryan said that THEY’RE COMING BACK IN SPRING AND OMG. So then everyone was fricken spazzing and singing along SUPER LOUD. And then I had pretty much lost my voice. Hahah!

After they went off we waited about 30-40 minutes before Taylor Came on. AND OH MY GAWD. When she did…. DEAFENING.

I’m not gonna go therough the playlist one by one, because it wasn’t different to the Aussie ones, but omg. SINGING MEAN AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS WITH 13,000 OTHER PEOPLE IS AMAZING! And just, every song. Amazing. Here are some photos:

Yeahp. ksdgjldfhgsdjghdkfjvhdlfkhgdsuilfgh

IT.WAS.AMAZING. And I didn’t sit down the entire night! And I couldn’t speak, at all, after xD

I’ll upload the video of Mean after (because it’s the only one where you can’t hear my atrocious singing too much! haha)
